In the event of a backorder, your products will ship via our standard shipping method as soon as products become available.
Please contact us to obtain an RMA# and arrange for shipping, return, and credit. Any returns made without an RMA# will be disposed of and no credit issued. Product is to be returned in the condition it was received to obtain full credit for the purchase price, minus original shipping cost & restocking fee. Return shipping to be paid by customer.
For your convenience, unused hand tools can be returned within 15 days in the original manufacturers packaging, at the customers expense. A credit will be issued for items in saleable condition within 5 business days upon receipt of the returned item, less the original shipping cost.
PLS Lasers and LAGMASTER items require an original purchase receipt to determine the return location. Please contact us for an RMA# and return address. Return shipping to be paid by purchaser.
All sales of ceiling materials (Tile, Grid, Wire, Fasteners, and Accessories) are final.
All sales of media are final.
Exceptions: If within 3 days of receipt of product, an error on behalf of Strictly Ceilings or a manufacturer defect is found, a return can be made to Strictly Ceilings for credit or exchange. Call to obtain an RMA# and arrange for shipping, return, and credit. Any returns made without contacting Strictly Ceilings first, will be disposed of and no credit issued. Product is to be returned in the condition it was received to obtain full credit.
All damage and shortage claims should be reported within 3 days of delivery to both Strictly Ceilings and the Carrier. If product is damaged upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the order. If you choose to accept the order, please take digital pictures of any suspect package upon delivery and prior to opening the product, followed by a picture of the damaged product after opening. Send us a copy of these photos along with your claim request. Call our customer service specialist to report damages and obtain an RMA#.
-Cancellation of orders before shipment may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
-Cancellation of orders after shipment are subject to shipping costs + 15% restocking fee.

Ground parcel packages:
Shipped out by the next business day and generally arrive within 1-5 business days depending on your location. Tracking numbers will be provided via email so you can track the progress of your package.
Packages that contain more than $200 of merchandise may require a signature.
If standard Ground service will not work with your schedule, please feel free to choose from the expedited options available on the Shopping Cart check-out page. Expedited orders received by 12:00 pm (Noon) CST, Monday-Friday will ship the same day.
We can provide you with an estimated arrival date with your quote so you can choose the best shipment method to meet your project needs. Arrival dates are calculated based on order processing and shipping time, and do not include weekends or holidays.
We are not responsible for late delivery by carriers. Many carriers offer a “guaranteed” delivery option which will guarantee your delivery, and if not met, a portion of your freight fee will be refunded. Please advise us if you require guaranteed delivery and we can quote this service for you.
It is our policy to find you the best freight rate from among our carriers. Should you wish to use your own Freight Carrier, please provide the carriers name and contact information. Customers using their own freight carrier should then handle any freight shortages/damage claims with their carrier.

-Oversized packages (more than 9 ft or >150 lbs): charged additional handling charges by the carrier.
-Tail-gate delivery: Common carrier deliveries are ‘tail-gate only’ deliveries. This means the driver will only move the item to the tail gate of the truck and the customer is responsible for off-loading and moving from that point. Please arrange to have help present to assist you in off-loading.
-Lift-gate delivery – Lift gate trucks are specially designed trucks that have a lowering system present to assist in off-loading your items from the truck to the ground. You can arrange IN ADVANCE for lift gate delivery, and we will be happy to quote this special service for you.
-Residential Delivery – “Residential deliveries” are deliveries made to non-commercial addresses regardless of the presence of a company name at that address. Additional charges are incurred due to the need to switch your order from a large truck to a smaller truck for delivery to a home. Many large trucks cannot drive on residential streets. To avoid these additional charges, you can ask for the shipment to deliver at the nearest truck terminal for pick up or ship to an alternate address such as a work address.
We are environmentally conscious, and try to use and reuse recycled packaging materials whenever possible. This includes both outer boxes and inside packing materials. This cuts down on our costs and we pass those savings along to you! Thank you for your support of this effort!
We do not accept international credit cards. Payments can only be made through Paypal.
Free shipping applies only to U.S. Domestic orders. We offer competitive international shipping rates. Contact us before ordering so that we can accurately estimate shipment costs and delivery dates.
Customs, Clearance Rates, Duties and other fees
You may be subject to import duties, taxes, freight carrier collection fees and brokerage fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance are paid by you, the customer, as we have no control over these charges. When ordering, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with the laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Your privacy is important to us. Be aware that cross-border and international shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may need to provide certain order, shipment, and product information to our international carriers which could then be communicated to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance.
If the order is a gift, the package will be marked gift, but the cost of the item will be stated on the customs form as required by customs authorities.
